Because we create opportunities for people that need a second chance at life. Our satisfaction comes in watching others succeed.
“Ninety percent of all millionaires become so through owning real estate. More money has been made in real estate than in all industrial investments combined. The wise young man or wage earner of today invests his money in real estate.”
Real estate cannot be lost or stolen, nor can it be carried away. Purchased with common sense, paid for in full, and managed with reasonable care, it is about the safest investment in the world.”
“Don’t wait to buy real estate. Buy real estate and wait.”
“Now, one thing I tell everyone is learn about real estate. Repeat after me: real estate provides the highest returns, the greatest values and the least risk.”
FOUNDER AND MANAGING PRINCIPAL.
The initial concept of Second Chance Equity Partners was birthed out of a desire to help people. The idea came about through a friend that wanted to help another friend build a few houses. Because our mission focused on helping others, its as if the concept all the sudden grew to much bigger ideas.Within a short period of time, SCEP grew into subdivision development with multiple communities in process. All of the sudden, we had investment opportunities taht seemed to allow the average investor, with little knowledge of real estate development, the opportunity to partner with us, and since then, we have had no shortage of those willing to partner with us to make the world a better place, and develop some really neat real estate projects.
